After much to-ing and fro-ing, the book launch for Why Everything You Know about Robin Hood Is Wrong is set for Saturday 24th November at the Virgin Money Lounge in Glasgow, on the corner of Royal Exchange Square and Queen Street. (Here’s a handy map.)
The event will run from 11-2, but you can drop in for as long or as short a time as you like. They have free biscuits, so you’ll probably want to stay long enough to snaffle one of those. I’ll be doing readings, talking about the book and answering questions at different points during the launch, and I will be milling with my adoring (possibly) public the rest of the time. I may also be wearing a silly hat.
The library room, where the launch will take place, is upstairs at the lounge. When you reach the top of the stairs (or lift) there’s a cinema room to your left and the library room to your right. Just ask staff for directions if you get lost.
